Meet Richard
My life has been designed to serve you.
Born in San Francisco and adopted into a low-income, culturally traditional family, I learned early that life comes with struggle, and with lessons. Today I live in the Sierra Nevada Mountains with a fantastic family.
For 25 years I've dedicated myself to personal development, trained and mentored by some of the best in the world at this craft. That path led to more than 20 years as a state-certified counselor, in addiction counseling, cognitive behavioral intervention, trauma therapy, anger management, and holistic and faith-based healing.
Working with people from every walk of life, from professional athletes to inmates in the state prison system, one thing became clear: I'm here to serve you. Together we co-create the life you're seeking, so you can travel a path of your own passion, purpose, and personal power.
- 11 certifications across CBT, DBT, trauma, and recovery.
- Trained through UCLA, UC San Diego, Texas Christian University, and the University of Cincinnati.
- Published author of The Twelve Journeys of Recovery and The Pillars, and speaker.
- Deep cross-tradition spiritual practice, studied alongside leaders in personal development.
The road here
Where it started
Born in San Francisco and adopted into a low-income, culturally traditional family. Struggle came early, and so did the lessons that shaped everything after.
Into the work
Became a state-certified counselor across addiction, cognitive behavioral intervention, trauma therapy, anger management, and holistic and faith-based healing.
From athletes to inmates
Worked with people everywhere from professional sports to the state prison system. The lesson was always the same: I'm here to serve.
A life in personal development
Trained and mentored by some of the best in the world, dedicating two and a half decades to mastering this craft, mind, body, and spirit.
Building what was missing
Distilled it all into a structured, individualized program that finishes what treatment starts and rebuilds a life addiction has no place in.
In full-time service
Now living in the mountains with a fantastic family, giving everything I've learned to the people I'm here to serve, you.
